ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Alina Rubio is an artist, educator, and the founder of Masterpeace.
With a background in fine art and education, she has spent nearly a decade in the field, working across blue-chip fine art galleries, private exhibitions, and early childhood education. These varied experiences have given her a broad perspective on the ways art can be encountered and experienced.
Her approach to creative learning is deeply influenced by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, particularly its emphasis on curiosity, exploration, experimentation, and the many ways we communicate and make meaning beyond words.
Much of what informs Masterpeace comes from Alina’s own ongoing practice of living this way. Her inspirations are wide-ranging and rooted in the richness of being alive: design, poetry, fashion, gratitude, music, movement, conversation, introspection, joy, tranquility, laughter, silliness, books, deep talks, and the quiet moments in between.
